🚚 Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship all over India through reliable courier partners like DTDC, Xpressbees, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and more.

2. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

3. How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

4. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS, and you can also check order status on our Tracking Page.

5. How long does it take to process my order?

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

💳 Payment Questions

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Is there an extra charge for COD?

No extra charges, but COD orders require phone/WhatsApp verification before shipping.

3. Which payment gateway do you use?

🔁 Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. An unboxing video is required for all return/exchange requests.

2. How do I get my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 8–15 working days after return approval.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay a flat ₹60 return shipping fee. No restocking fees apply.
