Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory (from opening the package to showing the product clearly without any cuts).

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we will share the return process steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping — a flat ₹200 return charge applies. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective

Damaged during transit

You received the wrong product
We’ll review your case and help resolve it. An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or issue-related claims.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if:

The product is wrong or damaged, and
-
You provide an unboxing video as proof
To exchange, follow the same return process, and we'll ship a replacement after verifying your request.
Non-returnable Items
We currently do not sell non-returnable products such as perishables or personal care items. All sunglasses and eyeglasses are returnable under the above conditions.
However, returns won’t be accepted in these cases:

If the item was damaged after use

If no unboxing video is provided

If the request is made after 3 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

For COD orders, refunds will be made to the customer's bank account

Please allow 8–15 working days for the refund to process

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
