Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory (from opening the package to showing the product clearly without any cuts).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we will share the return process steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping — a flat ₹200 return charge applies. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll review your case and help resolve it. An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or issue-related claims.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product is wrong or damaged, and

  • You provide an unboxing video as proof

To exchange, follow the same return process, and we'll ship a replacement after verifying your request.


Non-returnable Items

We currently do not sell non-returnable products such as perishables or personal care items. All sunglasses and eyeglasses are returnable under the above conditions.

However, returns won’t be accepted in these cases:

  • If the item was damaged after use

  • If no unboxing video is provided

  • If the request is made after 3 days of delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made to the customer's bank account

  • Please allow 8–15 working days for the refund to process

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
